Operational efficiency for local trades · Central Florida
We put a machine on your missed calls: it texts the customer back in seconds, finds out what they need and where they are, and books them on your calendar. You keep swinging a wrench. The job doesn't walk.
The problem
Every missed call while you're under a house or up in an attic is a $400–$8,000 job deciding you're too busy for them. The average shop misses about a quarter of its calls — and almost none of those people leave a voicemail. They just dial the next name on the map.
What we do
No contracts you can't leave. If the machine isn't catching more than it costs, fire it.
How it works
Who's behind this
I'm Nick Finotti. I spent fifteen years as a plumbing distributor in the Central Florida market — supplying the same shops this page is written for — and watched great ones lose work for one reason: nobody could answer the phone while they were doing the work. Dialed In Ops is the fix I kept wishing somebody would build for the owners I know. Now it's built.
Central Florida. Local trades. That's the whole market.
